A 40 % deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If the balance is not received by that date, the reservation may be subject to cancellation.

Payments are refundable only if property is re-rented minus 10%. In case of cancellation after payment of balance, 50% is usable towards a future reservation, except in cases of documented medical emergencies, in which case refund of balance will be made if another booking is made to fill the dates.
