A payment of 50% of the cost is needed to make confirmed the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the balance is not received by that date, the reservation may be subject to cancellation.

Payment is refundable only if the unit, object of the cancellation, is rented again in the same cancelled dates and less a cost of 15% except in cases of documented medical emergencies, in which case refund of the payments will be made minus less a cost of 15%.
