Our
Villas & Bungalows form a small romantic place,
located approximately 250 meters off La Ropa Beach
(only a 3 minute walk). Access to the beach is
totally flat and easy, without steps or difficult
hills. La Ropa Beach is internationally recognized
for its gentle surf, fine golden sand, and the
most gorgeous sunsets... our entire surroundings
are extraordinarily beautiful... thousands of emerald
green palm trees ringed by scenic mountains.
For
transport to the Center of Zihuatanejo, one only
has to step outside CASA TUCANES main door and
take the collective transport (minibuses) that
passes by regularly every 20 minutes at a cost
of about 25 cents U.S. A walk into town takes
about 20 minutes - we recommend you make it very
early in the morning or late in the afternoons...
The walk reveals extraordinary landscapes. If you
wish to take a taxi, we can request one for you
by telephone (they usually arrive within a couple
of minutes) or you can simply wait for one to pass
by Casa Tucanes' front door.
