The home is excellently located in a Residential Division, one of the more secure areas of Ixtapa. Casa Ixtapa has 2 double rooms, 1 single room and 1 two bedroom bungalow. It also boasts a garden and pool with palapa area. It is only a 1 minute walk to the collectiva or taxi to Zihuatanejo (10 minutes). A 5 minute walk will take you to the hotel area, the shopping center, restaurants, bars and all the amenities of Ixtapa.

The Bungalow: 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bathroom, living room and dining area with kitchenette equipped (blender, coffee-maker, toaster, stove, refrigerator, services 6 persons, utensils, drinking water).

The Double Rooms: 2 doubles beds and 1 bathroom.

The Single Room: 1 double bed and 1 bathroom.
