Small and very clean home, is a very economical option for families or couples who want to spend their next vacation in a luxurious area of Ixtapa but want something different from the large hotels. Excellent house for a party of up to 4 persons and a good option for lingering periods of stay. We have monthly rates.

Casa Azul y Rosa it is new and this recently built. It consists of two floors and in the first of it locates a small living and dining room, a bedroom with two singles beds, a half bathroom, a completely equipped kitchen and a laundry area that it has washer of clothes. With roof-fan and air conditioning

In the second floor you meets the main bedroom with bed king-size, a complete bathroom with tub inclusive and a small terrace with a beautiful and pleasant hammock.

The home is excellently located in a Residential Division, one of the more secure areas of Ixtapa. It is only a 5 minutes walking to the collectiva micro or taxi to Zihuatanejo (10 minutes). A 5 minute walking will take you to the Magic World (pools for children and adults _ 3dls for person approximately, per day_ ), the hotel area, the shopping center, restaurants, bars and all the amenities of Ixtapa.
